Lucky 7 Longhorns

This little gal is feminine and very calm, she's long legged and taller than I expected. She's a carbon copy of her dam, but with a much stronger top line and hip, and excellent horn growth. If she matures like other Battle Star heifers my folks and I will have a winner on our hands. Photo at 18 months, this is going to be a long horned longhorn

This big girl r epresents the proven cross of Gunman and VJ Tommie- with some Not Gunna and Bail Jumper for size and body. She's 'Butler black' like her granddam and while she's started with black horn it's progressing nicely. Photo at 10 months.

This little gal was born with her tail wagging and a personality that's bigger than Texas. Her dam has amazing total horn and with the Phenomenon influence of her young sire I think she has tons of potential. She's the largest of the '08 calves and her horns are heading way back. Photo at 15 months, and doesn't capture the great twist already taking place.

Three out of four heifers so far, and this is my most anticipated. Her field name is Celli (short for Botticellian) because she has curves a little calf shouldn't! This heifer is awesome. If she can channel the tight twist of her dam and the total horn of her sire, we'll have a showcase contender on our hands. Look at the horn growth at 12 months, and, with black horn!
